Jeremiah Tucker – Assistant Foreman
For me, working in construction isn’t just about putting up walls or laying down floors—it’s about contributing to something bigger. Every project we take on at Alive & Well Environmental Services (AAWES) is a chance to create spaces that people will love and feel safe in. As the assistant foreman, I’m hands-on with every aspect of our work, from the initial planning stages to the final touches. I particularly enjoy working on our residential projects, where we get to transform homes into places where families can thrive. Our lead abatement work is something I’m especially proud of because it’s one of the ways we ensure that the spaces we build are as safe as they are beautiful. It’s this combination of craftsmanship and care that makes what we do truly special.
My Story
I've always admired my father-in-law, John, and the work he did in construction. It wasn’t long before I joined him on job sites, learning the trade firsthand. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked under his guidance, honing my skills and developing a deep respect for the art of building. As the assistant foreman at AAWES, I’m committed to carrying on the legacy of quality and reliability that my father-in-law has instilled in me. My goal is to continue learning, growing, and contributing to projects that make a difference in people’s lives.
